O'SULLIVAN, Fr Jim - On the first anniversary of Fr Jim's death (April 17, 2009) his cousins Phena (Doran) and sister Betty RSM (Coughlan) would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us, wrote letters, sent Mass Cards and travelled long distances to be with us for the removal and Requiem Mass. A special word of thanks to His Grace Archbishop Diarmuid Martin and Bishop Fiachra O'Ceallaigh for their attendance and to Canon Ray Moloney the chief celebrant and to the many classmates and clergy who concelebrated at Mass. To Canon Paddy Battelle for his inspiring words, and to all the parishioners of Ballinteer and the choir who sang beautifully. We would like to thank the Catholic Guides of Ireland for their attendance, different Religious Congregations with whom Fr. Jim worked over the years, the many Parish Groups, the Bereavement Group from Balbriggan, his many personal friends and the parishioners in the different parishes where Fr Jim worked, Blackrock Hospice and to his consultants Dr Seamus Donnelly and Dr Michael Moriarty. It is not possible to thank everyone individually we trust that this acknowledgement will be taken as a token of our appreciation. Mass will be offered for your intentions. The Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on Friday next, April 16 in St John the Evangelist Church, Ballinteer at 7.30 p.m.
