WALSH (Ballintemple, Cork and South Infirmary) - March 10 , 2009, Dr. John F., Anaesthetist, (peacefully), in Marymount Hospice, following a long illness, borne with immense courage, dignity and good humour, to the inexpressible grief of his beloved Anne and adored Sarah, Abi and Dave; deeply mourned by his wife and family, parents Jim and Joan, sisters Carmel and Patsy, brother Dave, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a huge circle of friends in Cork, especially at the South Infirmary and in the U.K. Removal this (Thursday) evening at 6.30 pm, from Marymount Hospice to St. Michael's Church, Blackrock. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Friday) at 12 noon, funeral afterwards to St. Michael's Cemetery, Blackrock."May he rest in peace"
