McLOUGHLIN (Rev. Ignatius) (Trees Road, Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin) - His sister Susie, brother Michael, nieces and nephews wish to thank all those who sympathised with them, attended the removal and funeral of Fr Ignatius. To Cardinal Cathal Daly and those who sent letters of sympathy and Mass cards, we express our sincere thanks. A special word of thanks to Bishop of Ardagh and Clonmacnoise Dr Colm O'Reilly, Fr McGovern, Fr Earley, Frs Tom, Anthony and Gerard Carroll and all the priests who concelebrated the funeral Mass. To the Rathowen Church Choir we wish to express our thanks. We also wish to thank the funeral undertakers and the many kind neighbours and friends. We would like to express our gratitude and thanks to Dr Fennelly and nurses at Blackrock Clinic. Also to Dr Paddy, the nurses and staff of Newbrook Nursing Home, Mullingar and Portiuncula Nursing Home, Multyfarnham for their dedicated care and attention to Fr Ignatius during his illness.
