MELLETT - We, the family of the late Joe Mellett wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on the death of a cherished husband, father, grandfather and brother. Thank you to all those who called to our home, attended the removal to the Church and those who were present at the funeral Mass, sent messages of sympathy and had Mass offered for Joe. We thank all the medical, nursing and rehabilitation personnel in the Mater Hospital, Beaumont Hospital, Royal Hospital Donnybrook Rehabilitation Unit, St Vincent's Private Hospital and Our Lady's Hospital, Navan for their outstanding professional care of Joe. We thank the Palliative Care teams from Blackrock, Dublin, from Meath and Cavan and the local medical and nursing personnel and carers who assisted with his care in Mullagh. Thank you to all the priests who brought great comfort to Joe by their visits and to those who joined with us for his funeral Mass. Thank you to the glorious Mullagh Church Choir. We thank our neighbours and friends for their unceasing kindness and support. As it would be impossible to thank each of our friends individually, we ask that this notice be accepted as a token of our appreciation.Month's Memory Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 5 in Mullagh Church at 10 a.m.
