SOERGEL-HARBISON (Loughshinny, Skerries) - April 24, 2008, peacefully, in the Mater Private Hospital, after an inspiring fight against cancer, Edelgard, beloved wife of Peter, mother of John, Maurice and Ronan, grandmother of Alex, mother-in-law of Tracey, and "Frau" to generations of children in the Skerries area. Memorial Service in St Patrick's Catholic Church, Skerries at 4 p.m. on Monday, April 28. Funeral in Germany on Wednesday. House private. Family flowers only. Donations instead to the Irish Cancer Society.
