O'SULLIVAN (Keith) 25.02.'67 - 27.03.'05 Deo gratias - We Keith's family, wish to thank most sincerely all those who have supported us on the loss of our beloved Keith. We are particularly grateful to Mr. John Crown and his wonderful team at St. Vincent's Private Hospital, for the remarkable quality of life Keith enjoyed during his last months; and for the kind and generous care they afforded him in his final days. The large number that attended his funeral Mass and Service was a great tribute to Keith and a comfort to us. We appreciate the kindness of all those who attended, sent Mass cards and bouquets, letters, cards and floral tributes, and the relatives and friends who continue to support us with numerous acts of kindness and concern. A special word of thanks to Keith's colleagues at MDS, to his boyhood friend Paul and the Rev. Baden Stanley for their ongoing friendship and support. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this notice as a token of our gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
