SYNNOTT, Patrick (Pat) (Knocklyon) - on the occasion of the First Anniversary of his death, November 11, 2009, Una his wife, his son Neil, daughter Aoife, mother Marie, brother Eamonn, sisters Ann, Bernadette and Patricia and our families wish to express our sincere and hearthfelt thanks to all who offered their sympathy and support following our great loss. Special thanks to our friends and neighbours who gave and still give invaluable support, Our Lady's Hospice Home Care Team, HSE Community Nurses (Rathfarnham Clinic), Community Intervention Team and the Irish Cancer Support Team. To Pat's former colleagues in Matheson Ormsby Prentice, KPMG, Teagasc (AFT) and Age Action Ireland thank you for your kindness and care throughout the year. To all those who called to our home, attended Pat's funeral, travelled long distances, sent cards and letters of sympathy, we are grateful. Your presence in such great numbers was a comfort and fitting tribute to Pat. We hope that you will accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and gratitude. Your friendship, love, kindness and support have given us immense comfort. It is greatly appreciated and, like Pat, will be forever remembered.
