Derrick) - August 4, 2006, in North Vancouver, B.C., Canada after a bravely borne illness, beloved husband of Cathy; sadly missed by his children Sheila and Ian, his sister Pam and many friends in Canada and Ireland. A Celebration of Derrick's life will be held in Vancouver at West Point Grey Croquet Club on August 19, 2006. Derrick was a passionate croquet player.
