COULTER SMITH (Dr Samuel Norman) (Rathfarnham, Dublin) - January 23, 2006 (peacefully), at St Vincent's University Hospital, beloved husband of Joan and loving father of Sam, Dorothy and Gwyn; sadly missed by his loving family, sister Sheelagh brother-in-law Don, grandchildren Robert, Joan, Amy, Jamie, Sam, Kate, Kim and Lucy, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Removal on Friday, January 27 from Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Main Street, Dundrum, to Whitechurch Parish Church, Rathfarnham for 11 o'clock funeral Service, followed by burial in adjoining churchyard. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to The Royal Hospital, Donnybrook.
