DOBBYN (née Burke) (Moanbaun, Athenry Co. Galway and late of The Farm, Athenry) - August 24, 2005 (peacefully), at her residence, Detta, beloved wife of the late Gerry and loving mother of Olive and Ruth; very deeply regretted by her family, brothers Gabriel and Ollie, sons-in-law Paddy and Pete, grandchildren Simon, Aphria, Martin and Ephraim, nieces, nephews, neighbours and many friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at her daughter's residence, Castlewood House, Moanbaun this (Thursday) evening from 4 o'clock Removal at 7 o'clock to the Church of the Assumption, Athenry. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Friday) at 11 o'clock Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery, Athenry. Family and garden flowers only please. Donations if desired to Athenry Cancer Care.Safe in the Arms of Jesus.
