DAVIS (Kay) (late of Altadore Nursing Home and Stillorgan, Co. Dublin) - Valerie, David, Peter and our extended families wish to thank all those who sympathised with us on the very sad loss of our mother Kay, who died on October 5, 2006. Thank you to all those who attended both the removal and the funeral, and the cremation Services. Our thanks are also due to those who sent cards and floral tributes, letters of sympathy and made telephone calls. Such was the volume of these tributes that we could not acknowledge them all individually. A special word of thanks is due to Mary O'Reilly, Maura Birchall, Theresa, Katherine, Heidi and Margaret, together with their colleagues on the nursing staff at Altadore Nursing Home for their professional care and compassion during her time with them. Very special thanks are also due to Rev. Ian Gallagher, Rev. Leonard Ruddock and Rev. Kevin Dalton who officiated at the Services at St Brigid's and Mount Jerome, and we owe a particular debt to Rev. Leonard Ruddock for his daily attendance at our mother's bedside in the final few weeks of her life. Our thanks also go to Brian Carnegie for the helpful advice, assistance and courtesy extended to the family at our time of loss.
