SHARKEY (née McIntyre) (Blackrock, Co. Dublin and Bellmullet, Co. Mayo) - April 15, 2011 (peacefully) at the Blackrock Clinic. Mary, beloved wife of the late Eddie and devoted Mum to Alan, Paul, Ann and Helen; sadly missed by her loving family, son-in-law Peter, daughter-in-law Maddi, grandson Ned, sisters Sr. Aideen, Sr. Helen (McIntyre), relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal this (Monday) evening from her home to the Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue arriving at 5.45 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Tuesday) after 11 o'c Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Blackrock Hospice.
SHARKEY, Mary (née McIntyre) (Blackrock, Co. Dublin) April 15, 2011, First Anniversary - Alan, Paul, Ann and Helen wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised and have shown continued support over this past year. Mary is remembered today and every day. A very much loved wife to the late Eddie, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Our grateful thanks to all of you who attended Mary's removal and funeral including those who travelled to be with us, sent cards, thoughtful letters and made generous donations to the Blackrock Hospice. A special word of thanks to all the staff at the Blackrock Clinic for the care and kindness shown to Mary. As it would be impossible to thank all of you individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our lasting gratitude. Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
