MacMANUS Teresa (née Kelly) (The Grove Nursing Home, Killiney, Glenageary and Ballyvoile), February 2, 2010 after an illness borne with great courage and dignity in the loving care of the staff at Loughlinstown Hospital. Surrounded by her devoted extended family and friends. Teresa the darling wife and eternal friend of the late Brian. Teresa will be profoundly missed by her children; Padraig, Brían and Maire (Casey), by Heather, her daughter- in-law and Richard, her son-in-law, her grandchildren Sean, Hannah, David, Rachel, Michael, Brian and Richard, their wives and partners, Teresa's great-grandchildren, her family and connections in Tuam, Teresa's wonderful neighbours in Glenageary, Mount Merrion and Dungarvan and her very wide circle of loving friends. Requiem Mass today (Thursday) at 10 o'clock in St Stephen's Church, Killiney Hill Road, Killiney. Burial immediately after at Kilquade Cemetery, Co Wicklow. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Gorta.When you are old and grey
and full of sleep
And nodding by the fire
take down this book
And slowly read and dream
of the soft look
Your eyes had once
and of their shadows deep.
