HARRISON (Alan James) (April 22, 2005, First Anniversary) - We, Alan's wife Corinne and son Ashley with his extended family wish to express our heartfelt thanks to our loyal friends, relatives and neighbours who showed him such love and care during his illness and who have continuously supported us during the past year in our sad loss. Our sincere thanks to the staff of St. Michael's Hospital, Dun Laoghaire, the staff of the Richmond Ward, Beaumont Hospital, especially Sister Pat Tobin and her team, to the Blackrock Hospice Homecare Team, to the Community Nurses and to our family doctor, Dr. Donald Brookes, for the wonderful care and attention given to our beloved Alan. A special word of thanks to his colleagues in UCD and to staff in TCD for their support and consideration. To everyone who attended his funeral service and burial, many having travelled long distances, and to Nichols Funeral Directors for their professionalism and kindness we are deeply grateful. To all who sent letters, cards, Mass cards, flowers and sent donations to the Blackrock Hospice, thank you. As it would be impossible to contact everyone personally, we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation.
