MADDEN, Thomas (Booterstown, Co. Dublin and late of Douglas, Cork) - May 15, 2009, peacefully in the loving care of the staff of St Vincent's University Hospital, in his 86th year, beloved husband of Carmel and dearly loved father of Frances (Sloane), Brian, Louise (Mulvihill) and Mary (deceased), adored Grandad Tom to Rachael, Hannah, Martha, Luke, Sophie, Joseph, Shane, Carmel, Rory, Liam, Alison, Dominic and Genevieve, sadly missed by his brother Michael and sister Margaret, sons-in-law Kevin and Enda, daughter-in-law Trisha, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal from St Vincent's Hospital Mortuary on Monday evening next to Church of Our Lady Queen of Peace, Merrion Road, arriving at 6 o'clock Funeral on Tuesday morning after 10 o'clock Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
