FAIRMAN-KING (Zach) (Terenure, Dublin) (Died May 27, 2005) - On his First Anniversary, Zach's parents Kevin and June, brother Adam and sister Zelda wish to express our sincere gratitude to all who provided such wonderful sympathy, support and love following Zach's sudden death. We wish to thank our extended families, friends, neighbours, work colleagues, those who sent sympathy and Mass Cards, letters of condolences and floral tributes. Those who attended at our house and kept vigil with Zach. Those special helpers who provided practical support, food and sustenance to the family and visitors. To those who travelled long distances and to those who attended at the Memorial Service. Thanks to Zach's friends, teachers and fellow pupils, H.Q. scouts / venturers / leaders, members of Templeogue Te-Kwan-Do Club, Terenure GardaĆ for their kindness and support and the members of the Garda escort team, Dr. Tony Peacock for his professional and generous personal support and to the management and staff of Staffords for their professionalism and attention to detail. A special thanks to: Rev. Mary Hunter, Christ Church, Rathgar for presiding and conducting the Memorial Service and for her support of the family, Mr Dick Spicer, Irish Humanists Society, for his incisive and thought provoking homily; the Choir of St Columbas College for its beautiful renditions, Paddy Dexter, classmate, for his solo musical contribution; Mertyl Stanley, Patricia England, Bob Pearce and Dr Barry Redmond for their thoughtful and generous eulogies; Zach's brave young friends, Kim McNair, Alan Egan and Colin Jennings for personal testimonials and for sharing their personal experiences of Zach with the attendance. To everyone whom we have not personally thanked, we hope that this acknowledgement is accepted as an expression of our gratitude. Finally, our thanks to Zach who brought immense richness to our lives, for his love and kindness and his highly developed sense of justice and fairness; for his generous smile, quirky humour, his courage on the playing field, on the ski slopes and at martial arts; his love of animals and his wonder at nature's diversity. His short life touched and enriched so many young and old. Zach is sorely missed and will abide with us forever.
FAIRMAN-KING (Zach) (Second Anniversary, 27 May) - Sadly missed, thought of and loved every day by June, Kevin, Adam and Zelda."What the heart has once known
it shall never be forgot"
