DEAKIN (John) (Kildoon, Bruff, Co. Limerick) - June 30, 2006, at the Midwestern Regional Hospital, Limerick, after an illness fought with great courage and dignity, dearly loved husband and best friend of Cally, loving father of Jenny, Christopher and Andrew, devoted Grandad of Aaron, loving stepfather to Tara, Kerry and Lucy, brother of Biddy (Welsby) and the late Anne Sedgewick. Sadly missed by all his family, friends and colleagues. A Service to celebrate John's life will take place at St Nicholas, Church of Ireland, Adare, this Thursday at 2 o'clock Private family cremation on Friday. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society.
