LESLIE Helen (née Strong) - slipped away peacefully with the dawn on the morning of April 15, 2011 in Antibes, France. Widow of the late Desmond Leslie of Castle Leslie, Ireland, she is survived by her siblings, Caroline, Anthony and Jeremy and their six children, Guy, Claire, Roland, Nicola, Elizabeth and Paul along with her beloved daughters Camilla and Sammy and her darling grandson Paolo Luca who will be taking care of her dog Lord Byron. A Ceremony will be held at Nice Crematorium at 12pm, Tuesday April 19 and a Memorial will also be held in late June in Ireland. The family requests that sympathy take the form of contributions to Monaghan SPCA Killydonagh, Emyvale, Co Monaghan. www.monaghanspca.ie

<p>A good friend</p> <p>I was very sad to hear that Helen is no more. She was a good friend and gave me a place to land at a time I had nowhere to live. Many amusing meals on the terrace with the tree rats running overhead, and lazy swims in the pool chatting irreverently about all and sundry and potterings to Monaco and 'shopping'. A character I am pleased to have known. My best wishes to the family, Jan</p>
