O'BRIEN (Daniel Dermot) (Derry) (November 12, 2005) - On his first anniversary, Derry's son Colin, his daughters Jennifer and Jacqueline, his grandchildren, his son-in-law and his daughters-in-law, wish to extend their gratitude to all of those who sympathised with them on their loss, to those who attended the funeral and cremation, and to those who sent Mass Cards and letters of condolence. We also wish to thank all of those who were of such assistance and support to us on Derry's sudden death in Spain, including the members and staff of the Royal St. George Yacht Club, Dun Laoghaire who made the facilities of the club available at short notice. We wish to acknowledge those who gave their friendship and companionship to Derry during his lifetime, both on land and at sea and which was a source of great pleasure to him. Derry is greatly missed by us; he is always in our thoughts and is particularly so at this time. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
