O'SULLIVAN, Lieutenant-General Carl, DSM (Castleknock) - September 10, 2008, in the loving care of St Francis Hospice, Raheny, husband of the late Joan; sadly missed by his loving wife Maura, daughters Gerry, Joan and Emer, son Carl, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, grand- children, relatives and friends. Removal to McKee Barracks, Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin 7 this (Friday) evening arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral Mass at 10.30 o'clock tomorrow (Saturday) followed by burial in Cornamagh Cemetery, Athlone, Co. Westmeath. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to St Francis Hospice, Raheny.
