LANIGAN (John Paul FRCSI), March 5, 2010. Former President of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and ex-Richmond Hospital; (peacefully) after a short illness in his 95th year, surrounded by his family at The Beacon Hospital, Dublin. Beloved husband of Mary and darling father of Patrick and Jane; sadly missed by his heartbroken wife and children, daughter-in-law Marie, son-in-law Garry, his grandchildren Anne, Katherine, Helen, Louis, Ella and Katharine, his brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and his loyal and faithful friends. Reposing at his residence, Lansdowne Gardens, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. Rosary on this (Monday) evening, at 6 o'clock Requiem Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) morning, at 11.15 o'clock at St. Mary's Church, Haddington Road with funeral afterwards at Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
