MEEHAN (Dublin and formerly Leitrim) - July 27, 2006, John (peacefully), in the loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff at St Francis Hospice, Raheny, beloved husband of Bernie (née Conaty) and loving father of Declan and Paul; sadly missed by his loving family, brother Dan, nephew Thomas, grandchildren John Jnr., Eve, Ella Rose and Isobel, daughters-in-law Rosie and Dara, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal this (Friday) evening from the hospice at 4.20 o'clock to St Joseph's Church, Berkeley Road, arriving 5 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Saturday) after 10 o'clock Mass to Dean's Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations to St Francis Hospice, Raheny."Deeply devoted to St Gerard."
