CONWAY, Claire (formerly Hendrick) The Grand, Crosshaven, Co. Cork - The family of the late Claire wish to thank most sincerely all those who shared in our very sad loss. We wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised, helped and supported us at a difficult time. We deeply appreciate those who attended the removal and funeral. We would especially like to thank Monsignor Murphy for his beautiful Mass. We thank her doctors Dr Norma Harnedy, Mr C. Marks and Professor K. McDonald, Public Health Nurses, Home Helps, Palliative Home Care Team and all the staff at both St Finbarr's Hospital and Cork University Hospital.
