HUGHES (Brendan) (Edenderry, Co. Offaly) (Died September 6, 2005) - Brendan's daughter Arlene and son-in-law Jimmy wish to thank most sincerely all who sympathised with them on their bereavement. Thanks to all who attended the removal and burial ceremonies; to all who sent Mass Cards and floral tributes. We would like to say a special thank you to the Matron and staff of Ofalia House, Mons. John McDonnell and Fr Kevin Walsh, St Mary's church choir and organist Kevin Duffy, Dr Paul Fahy, G.A.A. and Golf Club for the Guard of Honour, staff of An Post, Pat Larkin Undertaker and staff, grave diggers, neighbours and friends; to Seamus and Eugene Finnegan for taking Dad out to football games; to Jimmy my husband for his love and support always; to Tootsie Farrell for just being you, always so kind to Dad and available at all times when called on; to her partner James for making their home our home, it was much appreciated; to Teresa who cared for Dad so well over the years and who without fail visited him every night - thank you for being constant in your support, friendship and kindness throughout all the years with us; to my very loyal friends Hilda and Mary who were always available to travel with me when needed. We hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our deep appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
