O'CALLAGHAN (Cork) - February 5, 2005 (peacfully), in the loving and tender care of Doctors, Sisters, Nurses and Staff at Marymount Hospice, St Patrick's Hospital, Elizabeth (née Crowley), beloved wife of the late Cornelius, Great William O'Brien Street, Cork, adored mother of Mary (Condon) and Betty (Conroy); deeply regretted by her loving daughters, grandchildren, sister Nellie, sons-in-law Tony and John, sisters-in-law, niece, relatives and a large circle of friends. Removal this (Monday) evening from the Hospital Mortuary at 5.30 o'clock to the Church of The Annunciation, Blackpool. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St Catherine's Cemetery, Kilcully. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired to Marymount Hospice.May she rest in peace.
