WOODS Vera

WOODS Vera (née Sheridan) Born on this day in 1928, died December 12, 2007 - Vera's husband Sean and her daughters Norma and Elaine, together with her sisters Lil and Pat, would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised and supported us and our families in the difficult time since Vera passed away. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Cunningham and his team, the staff of Top 2 and Mercers Ward and all the staff at St. James's Hospital for the wonderful care and compassion they gave to Vera. A special word of thanks is offered to Fr. Joe Kennedy and the Mount Argus Community whose unfailing support has been a comfort to us. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted by you all as a token of our gratitude. All the cards, calls, messages and letters are a great tribute to Vera and the exceptional person she was. Her courage, good humour, style and generosity of spirit will be remembered by all those whose lives she touched in any way. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
