SMYTH (née Mercier) (Ballydarton House, Fenagh, Co. Carlow) - September 4, 2006, in the Blackrock Clinic, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, Gladys Ellen, loving wife of the late Graham, dearest mother of Charles and Yoland, beloved grandmother of Ella and Phoebe, dear sister of Gwen, David and Val; sadly missed by her son-in-law Allan, daughter-in-law Dawn, Moody, relatives and friends. Service on Saturday at 3.30 o'clock in St John's Church, Nurney, Co. Carlow followed by burial in the adjoining churchyard."The day Thou gavest Lord has ended."
