MULKERRINS (Paddy) (Oughtmama, Bellharbour, Co. Clare) - Mary, Michael, Bernard, Eileen, Seamus, Dympna, Anne, Declan and Eamonn thank sincerely all those who sympathised with and supported them in any way in their recent bereavement. We wish to acknowledge, in particular, the dedication and kindness of Paddy's G.P. Dr Raymond Piggott, Gort; of Consultant Geriatrician Dr Sean O'Keefe and all the staff of UNIT 4, Merlin Park Hospital, Galway. We are grateful for occupational and physiotherapy services received, to Clare Care and to nurses Teresa and Margaret who enabled our father to remain at home to the end. We extend our gratitude to all who attended the funeral, to our immediate neighbours who looked after the grave, to the parishioners of Carron-New Quay, to Fr Tom Culloty, Priests of Galway Diocese, Columban Fathers and Galway Baroque Singers. We thank Michael Keogh, Corless Undertakers, Michael Burke, Pier Head Restaurant and the Garda Síochána. In gratitude, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions. Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated at St Patrick's Church, New Quay on Saturday, April 22, 2006, at 5.30 o'clock
