COLLINS (Patrick) (Bayside, New York and Raynestown, Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath) - May 7, 2005 (tragically), following an accident; to the indescribable grief of his loving wife Lisa, his parents Declan and Ellen, sisters Siobhan, Roisin and Eadaoin, grandmother, brother-in-law Salva, niece Sofia and nephew Michael, his extended family, aunts, uncles, cousins, Gary and many friends. Rest in peace. Funeral arrangements later.
