KAVANAGH (Whitehall Road West, Dublin 12) - June 12, 2005, (peacefully) at home, Gerald P., formerly of Liffey Valley A.C., beloved husband of Joan and adored and loving father of Judith, Kathryn, Elizabeth, Sarah-Jane, Jerome, Anna, and the late Cormac; sadly missed by his loving wife, children, brothers, sisters, brothers -in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a wide circle of friends. Requiescat in pace. Reposing at home. Removal this (Tuesday) evening to Kimmage Manor Church arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Wednesday) after 11 o'clock Mass to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu, to St Vincent's Cancer Research or Our Lady's Hospice, Dublin 6W."Forever loved, never forgotten"
