READ Gerald Edward (Gerry) (Enniskerry) - March 8, 2009 (peacefully), aged 83, in the wonderful care of the doctors, nurses and staff of the Nightingale Unit, Blackrock Clinic after a long illness borne with great courage, darling husband of Peg and greatly loved father of Pauline (Squires) and Geoff; very sadly missed by his son-in-law Alan, daughter-in-law Wendy and by his beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers Peter and Bob, close family Mike, Elaine, Simon and Steven and by all his relatives and many friends. As Gerry has donated his body to the advancement of medical science a Thanksgiving Service will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, March 11, at Tullow Parish Church, Foxrock, D.18. No flowers please, but donations if desired to the Oncology Unit at the Blackrock Clinic.
