O'TOOLE (née Earley) (74, St Patrick's Park, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim) - March 29, 2005 (peacefully), at Sligo General Hospital, Isabella, wife of the late Larry, beloved mother of Micheál and Sean; deeply regretted by her loving sons, daughters-in-law Shelia and Charrie, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, sister-in-law, nieces, nephew, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends. R.I.P. Removal from St Patrick's Hospital, Carrick-on-Shannon this (Thursday) evening at 6.30 o'clock arriving at St Mary's Church, Carrick-on-Shannon at 7 o'clock Mass of Christian Burial tomorrow (Friday) at 12 Noon with funeral afterwards to St Mary's Cemetery. No flowers by request please. Donations if desired to St Patrick's Hospital Comfort Fund, Carrick-on-Shannon. House private please.
