TRAVERS, Mary (Churchtown, Dublin and Doneraile, Co. Cork) - At this time of the first anniversary of our beloved mother Mary's death on July 21, 2009, her sons Michael, Paul, John, Eamonn, her daughter Magi along with her daughter-in-law Helen, son-in-law Stuy, grandchildren Kian, Lauren, Ali, Rhys, Kelly-Joe, Georgia and Tamara, would like to express our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised and supported us in our sad loss. To those who sent Mass Cards, letters of condolences and attended her Mass and funeral, many of whom had travelled long distances, including uncle Pat and aunty Lil from the USA, it was a source of great solace and comfort. To Monsignor Travers, Uncle Charlie, for a very special blessing and presiding over the funeral arrangements. Our deepest thanks and gratitude to all the staff, consultants, doctors and nurses of the Mater Hospital for their exceptional and devoted care during her illness. We have been unable to contact each person individually and we ask that this message be accepted as a grateful expression of our appreciation for your great kindness and thoughtfulness shown to our family in a difficult time. Mary's first anniversary Mass will take place at 6pm on Friday, July 23, 2010 in the College chapel at Terenure College, Templeogue Road, Dublin 6W.
