Rest in peace. Removal on Monday morning next to the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue to arrive for Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock then to the Crematorium at Mount Jerome, Harolds Cross. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to the Royal Hospital, Donnybrook.
