McPHILLIPS, Tom (Drumcondra, Dublin and formerly Butlersbridge, Co Cavan) Died June 7, 2010. Mary and her daughters, Oonagh and Sinéad, together with their extended families, wish to extend their warmest thanks to all those who joined in celebrating Tom's life at his removal and funeral Mass, as well as to everyone who has sympathised with them in person, by phone and in writing in the weeks following. The kindness and support of family, friends, neighbours and colleagues has been a great comfort and is very much appreciated. Special thanks are due to the priests, parish sister and sacristans of St Columba's, Iona Road, the sisters of St Alphonsus Monastery and the wonderful, dedicated staff of St Francis Hospice, Raheny.
