MAHER Frederick (Fred) (Terenure) (Died December 8, 2008) - The extended Maher family wish to express their sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised with them at the time of their sad loss, those who called to the house, attended the removal, funeral, sent Mass Cards, letters of sympathy and made donations to St Vincent de Paul. The family would also like to express their thanks to Dr Cunningham and the staff at the Mary Mercers Ward in St James's Hospital, John and Lori Barry for their professional care and respect of his dignity during his illness. A special word of thanks to the Nelson family for their support, especially over the last few years. We will always be indebted to his neighbours in Lavarna Grove and in particular to his lifelong friend Maura McEvoy. We sincerely thank Fr Aquinas Duffy and Fr Karl Fortune who officiated at the funeral ceremonies. We would also like to thank his many friends in the St Pius X Adult Choir. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust that this notice will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered on Sunday March 8 in St Pius X Church at 11 a.m.
