BOND (Rev. Thomas James) - August 4, 2006, former Archdeacon, Elphin and Ardagh, late Rector of Longford Group of Parishes, in his 89th year. Dearly beloved husband and best friend of Rosemary, beloved father of Godfrey, Shirley, Daphne and Heather. Grandfather of Richard, Andrew, Steven, Ross (in Heaven), Scott, Kerri, Colin and Matthew. Father-in-law of Canon George Butler, David Blanc and Majella Bond; sadly missed by his loving family, relatives and many friends. Body donated to Trinity College for medical research. Memorial Service to be held in St Matthew's Church, Irishtown, at a later date. Sincere thanks to all the staff of St Vincent's Hospital and Brabazon Trust, Sandymount."The day Thou gavest, Lord, is ended".
