DOWNING (née Maguire) (Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin) - May 23, 2008, peacefully, surrounded by family and friends, at St Vincent's Private Hospital, Esther, beloved wife of the late Seán X., much loved mother of Sarah, John, Vanessa, Nicola and the late Donal and sister of the late Christopher; loved and remembered always by her family, sisters Elizabeth (Sr Veronica, Holy Faith) and Alice, Auntie Carmel, sons-in-law Brendan and Dermot, daughter-in-law Gwen, grandchildren Seán, Shannon, Sorcha, Senan and Brian, along with her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews the extended family and her many friends Codlaidh sámh i nGrásta Dé. Removal this (Monday) evening from St Vincent's Hospital to the Church of St Thérèse, Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin arriving at 6 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Tuesday) after 11 o'clock Mass to Deans Grange Cemetery.
