McGUIRE (Peter) (Morehampton Road, Donnybrook, died November 14, 2007) - On this the first anniversary of the passing of our beloved son Peter, we the family Paddy, Lee and Emma, and extended family would like to offer our deepest and most sincere gratitude to all those who helped and supported us through our very sad loss. We say thank you to those who called to our home, sent Mass Cards, letters of sympathy, flowers and everybody who kept us in their thoughts and prayers. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended Peter's funeral Mass and burial, especially the many friends and family who travelled long distances. A sincere word of thanks to Peter's uncle, Fr. Laurence, who was always there for us during those most difficult days. We would like to acknowledge the kindness and support of the parish of The Sacred Heart, Donnybrook, especially Fr. Pat Carroll and Fr. Declan Gallagher. We will never forget the uplifting Mass and the kind and comforting tributes to Peter. To Fr. Laurence's close friends and colleagues, who concelebrated with him on the altar on this sad occasion and the support of Fr. Little and all Peter's classmates in St. Michael's College. To Peter's wide circle of friends, from his interest in cars, to his workmates and his many school friends, we say thank you for the support given at the time of Peter's death and your unceasing kindness and support since then have been a source of real consolation to us. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
