MATHEWS (Rose) (née Walter) (Mount Horeb, Crossrule, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan) - March 13, 2006 (peacefully), in the loving care of her family and staff of St Joseph's Private Nursing Home, Virginia, Co. Cavan, beloved wife of the late Rev. Ronald Beresford Mathews, much loved mother of Cathy and Debbie; sadly missed by her daughters, son-in-law Sergio, grand- children Dylan, Samantha, Marcus and Anton, Rachel and Roseanne and great- grandchildren, sisters Doris (Bermuda) and Phylis and brother Victor (Canada). Remains leaving St Joseph's Nursing Home on Wednesday evening at 5 o'clock arriving at Ballyjamesduff Parish Church at 5.30 o'clock Removal private. Funeral Service at 12 Noon on Thursday. Burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.'"I am the way, the truth and the life",
