NOVAK (née O'Regan) (Dr Patricia) (formerly of Glenamaddy, Co. Galway) - August 17, 2005, in London, after a long illness, wife of the late Jim, mother of Joshua and Joseph and sister of Mary, Colette, Brian, Ronan, Denise, Enda and the late Maurice; deeply regretted by her family and friends. Rest in peace. Removal tomorrow (Wednesday) evening from Carnegie's Funeral Home, 19 The Crescent, Monkstown to Church of The Sacred Heart, Donnybrook, arriving at 6 o'clock Funeral to Dean's Grange Cemetery on Thursday morning, following 10 o'clock Requiem Mass.
