SHIEL - On the First Anniversary of Syl's death, his wife Mary, son John, daughters Mary (Maire Ni Shiodhail) and Ruth, his sisters Sr Teresita, Sr Fidelis and Peg Melvin, his grandchildren Ciaran, David and Paula, son-in-law Cathal and daughter-in-law Rhona wish to thank most sincerely all those who supported us in our great loss. We are most grateful to the staff of Our Lady's Ward in St Vincent's Hospital who cared so well for Syl during his final illness. We are indebted to Fr Paul Byrne, Fr Tom O'Keeffe and the priests of Foxrock parish for celebrating Syl's funeral Mass. Thanks to all those who attended his removal and funeral, those who sent Mass cards, letters and flowers. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
