MAHONY

MAHONY (Noel C.) - Joan, his brother Sidney, and our families wish to thank most sincerely all who sympathised with us in our sad bereavement, by telephone, letters, cards and Mass Cards, and those who were able to join us in the wonderful Service of Thanksgiving for Noel's life, held in The Kings Hospital Chapel. Among these were very old boys and past pupils, friends and colleagues from the school and from his many sporting interests - Cricket (as player and coach), Rugby, Table Tennis, Golf and Fishing. He will be greatly missed by us all. We appreciated your support and thank you for your very generous donations to Noel's favourite charity, the Irish Cancer Society. Our special thanks to the Headmistress and staff of The Kings Hospital (especially Glascott Symes) for their great support and help in making arrangements for the Service in the School Chapel. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we ask that this acknowledgement be accepted as a token of our appreciation.
