TRACEY (née Meagan) Catherine Elizabeth (Kate, Kathleen), (widow of Matthew Declan) Died February 4, 2009 - The family of the late Kate, Kathleen wish to sincerely thank their relatives, neighbours, friends, those who sent Mass cards, letters of condolences, attended at the house, funeral Mass, graveside and particularly those who travelled long distances. A special thanks to Anne and Laurence Forest and Alan Heffernan. Thanks also to the staff of Holles Street, St Vincent's and St Luke's Hospitals, Dr John Redmond, Stillorgan Health Centre, Pearse and Kitty Allan, Blackrock Hospice Homecare and Hamells, Kilmuckridge and to Fr.
