O'BRIEN (Thomas) - On this the first anniversary of the death of our father, Thomas O'Brien (Raheny), his family would like to take this opportunity to thank most sincerely those who sympathised with us at such a sad time; our relatives, friends and kind neighbours; to all who attended his wake, removal and funeral Mass; to those who gave donations to St Francis Hospice, sent letters, Mass Cards and floral tributes and travelled long journeys to be with us. A special word of thanks to the ESB, IRFU, Sr Jacqueline O'Brien of Beaumont Hospital, and Fr Gerry O'Reilly who were a source of great comfort and support to the family. We hope that this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our grateful appreciation. Mass will be offered for your intentions. Deeply missed by all who loved him - Patrick, Eve, Jacqueline and Conor.
