BURKE, Michael J., B.D.S., N.U.I., (Hillside Drive, Castle Park, Rathfarnham) April 3, 2010, peacefully at home, beloved husband of the late Una (née Manly) and loving father to Mary (Downes) and Pauline (Nugent), much loved granpa to Caroline, Catherine and Lizzie, Eva, Michael and Anna; very deeply regretted by his loving brother Robert, sons-in-law Gord and Pat, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, relatives, many friends and colleagues. Removal this (Friday) morning from his home to the Church of St. Paul of the Cross, Mt. Argus to arrive for Funeral Mass at 11.15 o'clock then to Cruagh Cemetery, Rockbrook, Rathfarnham.May his gentle soul rest in peace.

BURKE, Michael J. (BDS NUI) (Hillside Drive, Rathfarnham, April 3, 2010) - On this the First Anniversary of Michael's passing, we his daughters Pauline and Mary, sons-in-law Pat and Gord and grandchildren, brother Robert, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and nieces would like to thank most sincerely everyone who sympathised with us on our sad and sudden loss. We greatly appreciate the support of our friends and neighbours and all Michael's friends, dental colleagues, patients, St Mary's RFC, Castle GC and those who attended Michael's repose, Requiem Mass and burial. We greatly appreciate the letters of sympathy, Mass cards and floral tributes. We are deeply grateful to the clergy and staff at the Monastery of Mount Argus for their kindness and support during a difficult time for us. Very special thanks to Fr. Ralph Egan for his wonderful guidance and support to the family. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we hope that this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our deep gratitude and appreciation.
