McKENNA, Doris (Deansgrange, Co. Dublin), Died April 25, 2008 - Don, Gillian, Barry, Gareth, Chris, Sophie, sister Pauline, brother Cyril and extended family, wish to express their deepest appreciation and sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with us on our great loss of our dearest Doris. To all our family and wonderful friends who have given us such great support over the last weeks of Doris's life, for all the cards, flowers, telephone calls and general support, a very big thank you. To all who attended the removal, funeral and burial, it gave us great solace. A special thanks to Fr. Eugene McCarthy for celebrating the funeral Mass and for Fr. Holohan, P.P., Foxrock, for concelebrating. To Dr Dimitri and his team and all the nursing staff in St. Patrick's & St. Ann's Wards of St. Vincent's University Hospital, who took such good care of Doris. To all Doris's many special friends, thank you for all your kind and comforting words throughout her illness, we will miss her terribly. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
