FAULKNER Fred (Blackrock Co. Dublin) - April 14, 2011. Very peacefully after a long illness bravely borne at St Vincent's Private Hospital. Beloved husband of Michelle and loving father of Úna, Bríd and the late Maíre. Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, family and friends. Rest in Peace. Removal this (Friday) evening from St Vincent's Hospital Mortuary Chapel to St Michael's Church Dun Laoighaire arriving at 5 o'clock. Funeral tomorrow (Saturday) after 10 o'clock Mass to Deans Grange cemetery. House Private. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The Irish Cancer Society.
