DUFFY (Bohernasup, Ballina, Co. Mayo) - July 27, 2009, peacefully, following a long courageous battle with cancer at St. Vincent's Private Hospital, Dublin, William (Bill), beloved husband of Breda (née Lawlor) and loving father of Adrian, Andrea and Robert; sadly missed by his loving wife and family. Dearest brother of Jean, John, P.J. and Tony, loved by grandchildren Ella, John, David, Neasa, Cian, Alana, Quin and Ryan, son-in-law Michael, daughters-in-law Aoife and Deirdre. aunt, relatives and friends. May he rest in peace. Reposing at McGowans Funeral home Ballina this (Wednesday) evening from 4 o'clock with removal at 6 o'clock to St Muredach's Cathedral, Ballina. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 11 a.m. with funeral afterwards to Leigue Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations to Irish Cancer Society.
