Leo was my lecturer for Law of International Trade for my LLB in the 1990s. He was an inspiration and he animated his subject. He was brilliant and witty. I just thought of him as I searched for his book on international trade on my shelf. RIP Leo.

Thought of Leo recently, he taught me International Trade at BPP, and became friends. He was such a witty and intelligent man. Gone too soon, too young. You are dearly missed. E

He was a very special person and a caring lecturer. He told his students who attended his bar finals international trade classes in 1996 to expect his book on international trade. I looked forward to receiving it and when I did I found out that he had died. I thank him for clarifying points of law and always being of great assistance whenever he is called upon to help. RIP Leo

This is so sad to read...Leo was an inspirational lecturer who conveyed the law with good humour, expertise and professionalism.

It saddens me to learn about Mr D'Arcy's passing shortly after I have completed the bar course at BPP Law School in 1998. Never a boring class, a teacher filled with brilliance and humour who has been and will continue to be deeply missed.

Mr D'Arcy taught me International Trade, Bar Finals 1996, London. He was a genius, an amazing lawyer whose gifts for the law and for teaching are rare. I remember his wit, his strength of character, his wisdom. Sincerely, Colin Jarraw.
